Join the Team Behind the Adventure

Join the LPNF Recreation team and help care for some of the most beautiful recreation areas in the Los Padres National Forest. We are looking for people who enjoy working outdoors, helping visitors, and taking pride in the places they care for.

Our team includes campground hosts, day-use staff, maintenance employees, managers, and other seasonal and year-round positions throughout Big Sur, Santa Barbara, Ojai, Santa Lucia, and Mt. Pinos. Experience is helpful for some positions, but reliability, a positive attitude, and a commitment to excellent visitor service are just as important.
